I didn't receive my access

Access is sent to the email provided at purchase right after your payment is confirmed.
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
If you still can't find it, email support with your name, the email used for the purchase and your order number.
If access is not granted within 24 hours after payment confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

Trouble opening the files

The materials are PDF and spreadsheet files. To open them, use a PDF reader and a spreadsheet editor on your computer or phone. If a file won't open, email support telling us which file it is and which device you are using.

Changing your access email

Email support from the address used for the purchase, including your order number and the new email you want to use.

Refunds

You may cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days, no questions asked. See how to request it in our Refund Policy.
